AJK School Holidays Extended till 15 January 2024.The official notification is available on the this page. In light of the recent cold snap, the government in Azad-Jammu and Kashmir extended holidays for winter in all public and private schools. As a result of the low temperatures, a winter wave gripped parts of Pakistan. Extreme cold weather can make it difficult for children to continue their education.
AJK School Holidays Extended till 15 January 2024
As of January 4, 2024, the government has not made any official announcements about extending school holidays. Parents are advised not to make any decisions until the School Education Department has updated them. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Azad-Kashmir have extended the winter holiday for all schools due to extreme weather conditions. In AJK the schools will reopen on 15 January.
