State Bank of Pakistan will organize Art Competition for chose new design of banknotes in March 2024. All designers who are interested to take part in this State Bank of Pakistan Art Competition can summit their designs till 11 March 2024. Participants are encouraged to develop novel designs and ideas for the new banknote series. The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has also announced cash prizes for the top three designs provider artists. The participants should submit their designs to Director, Finance Department, State Bank of Pakistan, before last date.
Terms & Conditions for the SBP Art Competition 2024
The State Bank of Pakistan will organize the art competition under the following terms &conditions.
- Submit design of all the seven (07) existing denominations (Rs. 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000 and 5000)
- Every banknote denomination should have a distinct color that is easy to identify.
- Reputable artists will serve on a jury that will assess the designs and suggest the best six (06) designs for each denomination to the SBP, which will then select the top three designs for each denomination.
- The participants are responsible for making sure that their designs are free of liabilities and/or copyright disputes.
- The jury members, staff members of SBP and its subsidiaries, and their families are not permitted to enter the art competition.
- The participants are responsible for making sure that no liabilities or copyright claims are associated with the designs they submit.
